We ship across the UAE, GCC, and internationally.


How much the delivery cost in UAE?

Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras al Khaima, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah:

Orders above 500 AED - free next day delivery in UAE (if order before 1pm, except Saturday & Sunday)

Orders less than 500 AED - delivery fee is 20 AED for next day delivery in UAE

Same day delivery in Dubai - 50 AED, Abu Dhabi - 130 AED ( Except Saturday & Sunday); 


How much the delivery cost for international orders?

Orders above 550 USD - free delivery worldwide

Orders below 550 USD - flat worldwide rate of 30 USD

Custom duties and taxes to be paid by the customers according to the customs rates of their country . Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order


How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on your location.

  • UAE orders:
    Next-day delivery for orders placed before 11 AM.
    Dubai customers may request same-day delivery for an additional fee of 50 AED.
  • GCC & International orders:
    Within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping fees are not refundable.


Returns


How do I exchange/return my order in UAE? 

Items can be exchanged/returned within 14 days of delivery.

Your first exchange is free of charge. Return fee is 20 AED.

Additional exchanges include a AED 25 collection fee.

Sale items: exchange only. No returns, no refunds. Delivery fees apply.

Note: Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, and must not be worn, altered, washed, without snags, stretching, or any damage and should not have any make up stains or fragrance. For swimwear items hygiene liner must be attached.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Customers are responsible for all return delivery fees and any applicable customs duties.

Sale items: exchange only. No returns, no refunds. Delivery fees apply.

We cannot be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Customers are responsible for all return delivery fees and any applicable customs duties. For international orders, if an exchange is requested, the customer must pay for shipping the item back to us as well as the shipping cost for the exchanged item.

How do I get a refund? 

Regular-priced items paid by card or payment link are eligible for full refund and will be refunded to your card.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund.

Sale items are final and cannot be refunded, only exchanged

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Orders paid via Cash on Delivery will be refunded in store credit (the refund will be issued as a coupon code).

Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and approved, the refund is processed.

Card refunds typically appear within 7–14 days, depending on your bank.
